Our story
Built around the high street, not away from it.
The group grew branch by branch, each one an established community pharmacy with its own regulars. Rather than rebrand them away, we kept the local names and added the parts that are hard to run alone: a proper travel clinic, weight management support, private appointments and an online booking system that works the same wherever you go.
That is why you will see “powered by The Pharmacy Room” under names like New Street Pharmacy or Chapel Lane. The shop is local. The clinical standard is shared.

Consultations are carried out by GPhC-registered pharmacists in a private room, not across a counter, and appointments run to time.
Clear about suitability
Treatment is only supplied when it is clinically appropriate. If it is not right for you, we will say so and point you to better care.

All consultations are provided by pharmacists registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, the regulator for pharmacy in Great Britain. Each branch is a registered pharmacy premises and displays its GPhC premises number on its own page.
